 GET TO KNOW Grace

A little bit about me:

I am a police wife and mother to an amazing, strong little boy that has Type 1 Diabetes.

If there's one thing I know for sure, it's that becoming a chiropractor was the result of God preparing me to help others in many ways—including walking through my son’s diabetes diagnosis.

I started at Parker University for the animal program; yep, you read that right. My undergrad is actually in Equine Sports Medicine. Little did I know, sitting in one of our neurology classes, my professor would start describing my childhood: Traumatic birth (check), Colic (check), double and triple Ear Infections (check), Asthma (check), Allergies (check), Struggling in School (check). He had my attention now. After he explained how stress in the nervous system played a role in all of these things, he taught us how chiropractic could help people overcome these challenges. After this class, I dug deep into the research and joined every club and program that was pediatric focused, which in turn led to prenatal and fertility, too. After finding out that I could have avoided suffering through those challenges and personally experiencing chiropractic literally changing my life, there was no way I was going to miss my opportunity on earth to make an impact on children and families.

I have an absolute heart for struggling kiddos and moms and dads navigating parenthood.

When I am not at the clinic or hanging out with the Invigorate Team, you will most likely find me with my husband and son hanging out at my dad’s property riding horses, fishing, or driving ATV’s.

HEY YALL, I'M DR. LACEY

so glad you are here!

A little bit about me:

I’ve always had a love for science, health, and understanding how the human body works. I studied Biochemistry and Molecular Biology before going on to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude.

During chiropractic school, I quickly found my heart in caring for moms, babies, and children. The more I learned about the nervous system and the way our bodies adapt to stress, the more I fell in love with a completely different way of looking at health. Instead of only asking “What symptom are we trying to fix?” I became passionate about asking “What is the body really trying to tell us?”

Becoming a mom myself made that passion even stronger. Motherhood gave me an entirely new appreciation for just how much growth, development, and change happen during pregnancy and those first years of life. It also showed me firsthand how valuable it is to have providers around you who listen, support you, and look at the whole picture rather than just one symptom or concern.

That’s one of my favorite things about what I get to do now. I love helping parents better understand their child’s nervous system, helping moms feel supported throughout pregnancy and postpartum, and caring for entire families as they grow together. I believe our bodies are extremely intelligent, and Im passionate about helping people reconnect with the innate ability to adapt, to heal, to grow and thrive, and function at their highest potential.

Outside of the office, my favorite role is being a wife and mom. You’ll most likely find me and my family hanging somewhere outside, relaxing by the pool, or at the movies.

HEY there, I'M DR. grace

so happy you are here!

Here is a little bit about me…

I am a Texas native, and I grew up and graduated right here in McKinney.
While I have moved all over North Texas and Oklahoma, McKinney has always been home.

I’ll admit that I never thought I would grow up and become a chiropractor, but my journey started off like many others in our profession. I was suffering from carpal tunnel, unable to work and had tried all the things to try to heal myself. I ended up trying chiropractic care, and it completely changed my life.

Not only was I able to heal my carpal tunnel but my quality of life was dramatically better. This experience was so powerful, and I felt the desire to learn more. I wanted to know how to do that and help others!

At the time, I had been a licensed massage therapist for 5 years and loved working with pregnant women, so I went back to school and completed the classes I needed to attend Parker University. My goal has always been to learn as much as I can to help women through their journey of starting and growing a family and to set their little ones up for success as they grow. I believe chiropractic is life changing, and I am honored to have the opportunity to work with little ones, moms, and the whole family.

Outside of the clinic, I am the proud mama of two basset hounds, two kitty cats, and a wife to my best friend Chris. On the weekends you’ll find us relaxing with the pups, out on a movie date, or having a patio brunch…the good life!

Brielle is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for helping people feel better in their bodies while giving them a space to truly relax. I love customizing each massage to the person on my table, whether they need focused work for tension and discomfort or simply a chance to slow down and unwind. I specialize in trigger point, deep tissue and prenatal massage.

Before becoming a massage therapist, I spent years as a hairstylist. My favorite part has always been building relationships with my clients and creating a space where they feel comfortable, cared for, and leave feeling better than when they arrived. Massage therapy felt like a natural extension of that.

Outside of work, I’m an animal lover with a particular weakness for stray cats, and I love getting lost in a good book or TV series. I’m excited to continue learning, growing, and helping my clients feel their best—from head to toe.

Anai was born and raised in Washington State. In 2013 she decided to take a step out into the world and leave home. She moved to Dallas, TX to go to Bible School. After working in ministry for almost a decade, traveling, marrying the love of her life, Manny, and having their son, Mateo, she decided Texas is her home.

While 24 weeks pregnant she got into a car accident, she then entered the chiropractic world and has not looked back since. It helped her have a smooth pregnancy, incredible labor and a great postpartum recovery. Once her son was a year and a half old he started having a lot of health issues. Looking for answers she adjusted his care and came to Invigorate Chiropractic and once again her life changed. Mateo’s health has significantly improved. He went from being sick for weeks on end to bouncing back quickly more often. Seeing the care that Dr. Lacey and Dr. Anika give is like no other and she decided she had to be a part of this team. She loves people, is passionate about sharing her son’s story with other moms, being 1st generation Mexican-American she is also passionate about sharing chiropractic care with the Latino community.

Anai loves being a wife and mother, you can catch her doing crafts at home with her son or helping her husband with their wedding videography business. They love to travel and both have a passion for ministry.

Lindsey is a McKinney native and has been happily married to her husband, Matt, for 8 years. She is a proud boy mama to Caden who always keeps her on her toes.

Lindsey began regular chiropractic care during her pregnancy and believes this helped set her up for success during prenatal and postpartum. She has experienced the benefits that regular adjustments can have in both her and her families life, and is so thankful she found Invigorate. Lindsey works as Invigorate’s scan tech and social media organizer, and you may even see her at the front greeting you alongside Abbie or handing out stickers to your kiddos.

In her free time, you can find her working on her photography business, spending time with family and serving the local church.

Abbie was born in Minnesota, but she and her family have been living in North Texas since 2009.

Though Abbie had a traumatic start to her life, chiropractic care has helped her overcome severe allergies and immune challenges. Abbie started out as a patient at Invigorate and joined our team in 2020 leaving behind the world of nannying.

She is passionate about living a holistic lifestyle and believes in the life changing abilities of chiropractic care. She will be the voice you hear on the phone, greeting you with a warm smile, playing with your kiddos, and helping you with any scheduling needs.

Abbie is a lover of essential oils, homeopathy, and plants. When she is not in the office, you will most likely catch her thrift shopping with her friends or enjoying game/movie nights with her family.

We'll meet you in your inbox for some exclusive weekly wellness content you won't want to miss.
